I think i may be in the minority here - just 1 match bat - the other 4 have been retired and dont really come out - need to sell one though.

Just one set of pads gloves etc. I cant bloody afford any more!!

I usually sell a bat to someone at my club most seasons. Just sold a fantastic Hawk, just a bit heavy for me. My team mate is over the moon with it after having had a poor season with his old bat, as he scored 40 and 66 in his 2 knocks with it. They joke about yet another new bat, but mates sometimes ask me to get them a bat or go with them when choosing one. This week a team mate texted me about where to get a good set of pads from for �50. I take it as a complement, but I've actually only had 4 pairs of pads myself in the last 30 years, so I'm probably not the best to ask!
