IMO too many moving parts, not an innovation.

It amuses me how easily people uses the word innovation. Innovation would have been if a new material (may be something like D3O foam)being used.

Too many moving parts to protect against an object in a very thigh motion is never a good thing.
And double wrapping legs could affect blood circulation, but that's just my point of view.

I'm not sure these would be for me, but you can't argue that they're not in some way innovative compared to whats out there.

It amuses me that people struggle with the definition of innovation.

P.S The internal combustion engine had a few parts more than what it replaced, it seems to have gone down ok ;)

Having seen, handled or sold virtually every pad and glove from every manufacturer (realistically there aren't that many manufacturers) I would say i'm pretty well placed to make a call on what is innovative.

I'm also still the only person in the topic who's actually seen/worn the items in question as far as i can tell.

As always with this forum, perhaps judgement should be reserved until you've actually handled the product yourself?

On this forum - surely you're kidding Jakeus??? Everyone here is an expert, everyone here knows TK makes everything (even the moon and the stars), everyone on here knows who their softs come from (and that he's fallen out with his brother) and everyone on here can make a finite judgement on the success of a product simply by viewing a pic  :D

Come on Jakeus - get with the programme!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally this looks different to anything I’ve seen before and fair play to them for at least trying to do something different.

Seen on their facebook that you currently get the inners free of you buy a pair of outers.  They have too many sizes for my liking without a proper size guide.
Similar to their bats, you can't even choose your weight if bought online.

The prices D&P offer look respectable.

I like the concept but £83 for a pair of gloves and the inners is in my view a bit steep.
They don’t do them in youth size so no good for me anyway.

No more expensive than the other big brands, with the bonus of it being a lot cheaper for each subsequent pair/palm - don’t see any issue with the pricing personally!
