I am a right hander who scores a decent proportion of my runs every season with inside edges through midwicket so may be a bat made for a left hander who likes to cover drive would play to my strengths

On a side note I've just seen that Its just cricket are now starring to sell Gunn and Moore bats.

I saw this too the other day on their facebook page, does this mean the end to IJC's 'handpicked' selling point?

Yes it is because GM don't allow retailers going to their factory and picking which bats they went to sell in the shop, they get given what GM sends them

Which is fair it means customers have a fair crack at getting the same quality bats wherever they are.

Standard with a forum craze. Reckpon at least 50% of the bats bought by regular forumers get sold again within a year. so if suddently half of us get GM's then there's likely to be a few available on here.

I think that's because we are fussy people on here! We also get excited easily and forget some of our existing beautiful bats. Using myself as an example.. I'm loving my GMs but having packed away my JEDi and other bats I forgot how nice some were! That doesn't take anything away from GM and I still hold them as one of the best big brands!

I'm selling Noir soon but not doing away with GM, just found that the Mythos suits me much more and I prefer the pick up. Looking at them both I'm sure people would be equally divided. Does it make the Noir a bad bat? No it just means I have another GM I prefer over it.

Agree I sold my mythos as I just didn’t seem to like it compared to my Neons, I have since bought the Noir and Diamond which I love the feel of. Think it’s just that the Mythos was a thinner edge just felt small in my hands as my Neons are big bats as is the Noir with diamond in between the two
