Just saw this on social media - the 'Nickel'... nice! Modern or retro though? Bit like the old Gold Crown front sticker (big old bird)!

Would appear that Jos is in fact using the Kahuna stickers this season instead of the Rampage ones which some thought would be the case

I think it was RichyReed who thought he was gonna use the Rampage.

If you look in the Kook 2019 catalogue Jos is also in the Rampage gear too

Yep my mistake, when skipping through the catalogue I saw Jennings with the Kahuna then Jos with the Rampage range. I didn't spot Jos with the Kahuna on the first page  :D

Maybe he'll use the Kahuna in the longer stuff and rampage in the short forms of the game?

Does anyone else think Kook have lost their way with kit in the past year or so? Out of the big three, GM and GN just seem a much better proposition in my eye...

Their bags are top notch though.

Genuine question - Do many people actually still buy Kookaburra? Every clearance sale shops have appears to be Kookaburra stock and they never seem to be seen when playing anymore.

Kookaburra's UK figures look pretty healthy, other brands less so. Perhaps the forum isn't representative of the wider public.

Love the softs never used the bats!

They get less hype than legends but imo just as good and look better!! Especially when they get that lovely ripple!

Funny that as. I have always found the softs to be rubbish especially the gloves. Bats however have been pretty good although never used one for a long period of time only the odd net and then sold on as i cant be a FKW due to the softs being uncomfortable and poorly fitting.

love the stuff, been a FKW for years, using the ghost pro pads and gloves from last year with a blaze 2000 bat. cant fault any of the recent bats I have had, the original ghost and bubble remakes are some of the best ive ever used.

wasn't a fan of the over concaving a few years back but they seem to have moved on from that quickly

I've got some Aussie ghost pro players that are outstanding and used kahuna pads as a junior (may also have another pair of kook pads on the way too)

Compared to the slazenger and Newberry ones I've had in between I won't use anything else

Also have UK ghost pro gloves which are excellent have h4l customs (first version) that don't get a look in anymore
