Good work again! Re. falling over - it's all about your stance. When you're preparing to face the ball your head is already outside the line of your feet, so when you try to move to the ball your balance will only ever lead you to fall over. Get whoever's feeding the machine to surprise you by not letting one go and I bet you'd have to take a couple of steps to find your balance again. Easy to rectify by making sure your stance is more balanced, not leaning out towards off - just straighten up a little to make sure your head's in the right place.
Towards the back end of last season I seemed to have fixed this by pressing forward on my front foot. It made me a bit slower on my back foot but the cut shot is the only one I play on my back foot anyway.
I was a walking LBW for half of last season, then after I changed it up i made a couple of scores. Seem to have regressed though as I haven’t picked a bat up since the season end because I’ve been struggling with dizziness etc!
Think if I make a real effort to get back to my forward press stance I’ll be ok!
Cheers mate, appreciate the help!
