It’s a tight squeeze that’s for sure....

Yep @DorsetDan is correct it’s not a 1271 but an oversized full root.... the shoulders do remind me of the Trott tho

i know this maybe a stupid question but, what are the benefits of these smaller blade bats?

i get the idea of the old 'Small Mens' if you were small and wanted a full blade (i.e. not a harrow) - but not the smaller blade idea of GM - any help greatly appreciated!!

The idea would be to give you more wood for the weight in the hitting area. Same principle as the woodworm bat I guess.

People say they think they pick up better but I think that is individual to the bat/ person
