My son's two stripe bat is / was amazing, the ball just flies. 
Yesterday it just cracked, a proper cross grain "storm damage crack"
I emailed B3, and even got a reply on a bank holiday saying they will sort a replacement asap

Spot on customer service, this along with outstanding bats is why we keep using B3.
