Yes, I could be wrong here, but when they put stickers on a bat that say "designed by gray nicolls in australia", and use colours and a size that you need a magnifying glass to read, it does make me wonder. I have an atomic 1000 with the same sticker - nowhere on the bat does it say 'made in australia', so I assume it's not.
If it's made in australia, they would surely say it somewhere with a bigger, bolder sticker, as it's a big selling point especially with the locals.
The one on the right you can partly see, doesn't have the 'designed in australia' sticker on the spine, and has a big Southern Cross at the toe. I'd guess that one is Aus made. (edit - DOH, it is when you use the scroll bar

I have a theory that the Aus made ones have a 'bullet shaped' red GN spine sticker, as on the Velocity's in the background of the above pics.
