@Jaffa how are the kook pro pads. They seem quite different to traditional pads but i haven't seen reviews of them anywhere strangely.

Weighed a Kook Concept Pro pad and it comes out at 974gr. The Pumas I have are about 200gr lighter so no wonder there's a difference in feel. Interesting take on materials though.

Here's mine.

What level of cricket are you playing? are you sponsored? it's a lovely array of bats, even at playing 3 times a week I couldn't justify all those bats. (Yes, i'm very jealous just to clear that up!)

I play in the Home Counties premier cricket league, friendlies on Sundays, midweek T20 league on a Wednesday, and usually one friendly during the week against a touring side. No, not sponsored... I just like to buy stuff I don’t really need.

I have been waiting for a parcel which finally arrived yesterday so here is my 2020 Kit (some might change as we go in to the new year tho)

Firstly here is last seasons Kippax kit - which  if I am being totally honest I was so happy with last year - Helped me score my first Ton in a few years and the best I have felt at the crease for a while too.

But like all CBFs I wondered.....could there be something else for me.... (I would at this point like to blame @DorsetDan for his input and B3 purchasing)

As I then discovered how much B3 have improved over the years. When I saw his Finch 2stripe - which I later purchased. Which so began a lust for more....(with matching softs of course  I will be adding some more B3 gloves) The Imperium was purchased from @JTtaylor145 and is a gun! As is the 3 Stripe Custom which has its own thread.

I give you My Match kit for 2020 B3!

Last but by no means least This nice Keeley which was sourced by @Canners and purchased from Dan. Along with my 2018 pads and gloves. The Keeley Superior pads are incredible. Not sold on the bat yet if I am honest but have taken the scuff off today and given it a coat of oil to hopefully help the knocking process abit more.

Now for some wood.... The B3s are just unreal - ping for days!

Now to build on last seasons good work in 2020!

This is all making my pre-season purchase of a single new grip seem even less exciting than I thought 😅

@Jimbo welcome to the forum, lock up anything valuable because the little voice inside you will be demanding new kit now, tomorrow and everyday you are on here!

Soon you will buy a new bat to go with this new grip. We all started the same way!

I'm only a 100 odd posts in and so far I have changed every last bit of my own kit and my sons. I've got indian guys phone numbers who send me pictures of bats and all sorts.... run.... whilst you still can.

It all started by buying some new grips too......
