Afternoon chaps
I actually have two sheds,(just tidied/ re jigged my main one), one has the bats/clefts/tools in, and my press,, my other has a large bandsaw, circular saw, drill press, and loads of tools etc
Both are full to busting
I actually do all my work outside on my patio,(I’ve spent over 35yrs in workshops etc, so working outside is a joy for me)
Soooo, this means any cutting/sanding I do outside,(the dust is not trapped inside)
You need the best dust extraction you can afford if your indoors,,, think m rated if possible.
Bench wise, I have two conventional benches in the sheds, but I actually shape bats on my shave horse, sat down
So no dodgy ankles, my spines on the bats are usually pretty straight and I’m chilled doing the bats.
A half decent vice is important, with a quick release lever if you can
Apart from that it’s mostly shelving etc
