Shades of an already contracted Stan Bowles, who signed a second boot deal on the eve of an England game, and ended up wearing a different brand on each foot?

Does Masuri being Ton, mean that Ton are allowed to revert back to being SS in the UK?

Samit was using Mighty Willow last night. Very little B3 presence in county cricket now.

Assume the lockdown through the UK cricket season probably put a dent in their sponsorship budget.

Far from the truth, 3 of our better known ambassadors - Sammit, TKC and Shaan showed very little loyalty. The later 2 decided without any notification to leave us after we had supported them even through troubled times whilst Mr Patel decided whilst in playing in the PSL decided he wanted to go to someone else, although under contract we decided that he could leave. Since this time he has used 2 other brands!

All these departures we badly timed for us - between Christmas and the anticipated start of the season, at this time players had either long term deals elsewhere or had just signed with another brand.

Thanks for the clarification mate, really disappointing to hear that. Every time I've dealt with B3 you guys have never been anything less than top class so you'd hope that there would be a bit of reciprocation.

Such a shame @Butterfingerz Richard. You guys will always remain my favourite company.

Thanks you, unfortunately the world of sports has things called agents who are constantly looking for their guys the best deal. Obviously however trying to keep up with some brands financially means we would need to increase prices which we don't want to do as a brand.

Out of interest with this mate, what will be the protocol for what happens next with these players effectively breaching your contract? Obviously from the outside it looks completely unacceptable and as you said, a real betrayal of a loyal brand with a great reputation. Disappointing to see

TKC had form for being disloyal. Mind you, his move to Yorkshire has seemed to have helped  his career massively.

Unless you are talking about a high profile player where a brand could sustain an argument that they will suffer a material loss of sales as a result of losing the endorsement, there is little practical sense in trying either seeking specific performance of the contract or damages for beach.  The legal costs would outweigh any benefit gained in the majority of cases

Sad situation that and enough to put any sponsor off no doubt, especially those not at the elite level.

You are ultimately relying on the character and the integrity of the individual
