yeah, kieron pollard has one good knock of 50 off 20 and gets a world wide reputation, big ipl contract and starting place, napier makes 150 off 50 and never gets a game when he is a better bowler aswell, both living off one innings i suppose but napiers was better!

mumbai indians have missed a trick, i really dont rate pollard at all

how hard does gayle hit the ball that one six hardly got off the floor would love to have a swing with one of his blades

The fair play table is ludicrous, obviously the teams who are winning more often will be happier and therefore be less abusive and mardy.

but if being top of the table has no benefit to the team then its a pointless exercise.  if being top of the table meant an extra point on the leaderboard or something similiar which actually has a benefit to the winner of the fair play table then it would have more of an affect on improving 'fair play'.  as it stands its pointless and something the teams clearly care little about. just my angle on things!

Could not agree more, there is little incentive. I wish there was a table like this for points in club cricket, it would certainly help get rid/silence the kn0bs.
