That's because we play proper cricket Tom, the yanks have a shorter attention span than any other nation.

I dont know about anyone else but as the IPL has been aired on ITV4 this year I have been so addicted not missed a game (sky + all games) . . .never really followed it the first 2 seasons but im now totally hooked! Just cant decide who to follow . . .might base my decision on the best kit . . . Mumbai Indians/Dehli DareDevils

I'm the same, didn't watched first 2 season but now I've watched 90% of this season's games. Although the coverage is aweful!

yeah its tricky to pick a team as i dont have any ties to india. i cant even pick a team based on players because they will get mixed around in the auction next year... the only thing i have to go on is playing atire and likelihood of success... therefore i am now a die hard, lifelong fan of RCB! (although i hate mark boucher, but he will be gone soon anyway :D doubt they will retain him in the auction)

Yuvraj and Irfan have been woeful thus far in IPL 3. Yuvraj was humiliated by Bond today, Yuvraj was totally clueless. Irfan's bowling was pathetic. No pace or swing.

Irfan's bowling is rivalling Ishant's and RP's on the sh*t-o-meter.

As a big big Irfan fan I have to agree.. He has glimpses for brilliance but than just seems to get carried away with a few good deliveries..

His batting has been ok, Punjab should just let him open..

Best player in this year's IPL?

For me batting wise it's Sachin, bowling is Praveen Kumar, and all round it's gotta be Kallis

just a quick question guys, not worthy of its own topic i feel... lets imagine, for example, that rajasthan royals get through to the t20 champions league and hampshire get in through the english t20 comp, who would michael lumb play for at the champions league?

is it his choice or are there rules?

If I remember rightly, in the 1st Champions League thing, the IPL team was going to take precedence, but then they changed it, I think the player chooses
