England will do everything to help Mo get back that is for sure.

I think the one day format is really where he will be.

Good to see a new guy in Banton spend time at the wicket and a superb knock by Morgan.

I actually like Vince a lot, he has all the shots and sublime timing-but no concentration.

He has had quite a few chances now, time for a younger player to compete for a spot-perhaps Banton could do it

Moeen’s Test record is considerably better than his limited overs record.

I’m sure you are right but....I think Mo has had a tough time in tests and I can’t see a way back there
If we do tour the subcontinent yes with 2 or 3 spinners.

England make a lot of noise they want him back but maybe he does not really fit the team anymore.
Could well be wrong, have been before  :)

Is this Mahmood chap really one of the better prospects? Looks fairly average

Good knock by Stirling - maybe Ireland’s best ever ODI batsman

Not often you see two tons from Irish players in the same ODI.

Might see a third if Balbirnie keeps going.

And this is why they didn't take Willey last year

I think Sterling done this to us before, or maybe it was O’Brien.
Solid blokes who give it a right bunt.
Well played, top effort this chase

Stirlo is a seriously good bat and had he been as driven as Morgs could easily have played for England.

Yup, he’s a seriously good cricketer but he probably needs to play as one of 6 bowlers and only bowl with the new nut.
