Yep, pretty much! In reality instead of paying myself/a member of (hypothetical) staff to make 'Neon Cricket' bats, I simply pay staff with a serious wealth of experience from another company to do the hard work for me.
I'd love to sit here and say that one day I'd consider bringing all of the bat making in-house, but there'd be very little point - the sheer cost of setting up a proper bat making facility and the additional space needed to house it all would make for a terrible business decision compared to how I operate at the moment. Ultimately Neon is a branding company as opposed to a 'manufacturer' of any description which is totally cool with me
