They are showing as active on companies house, and have filed recent accounts, so seem to still be trading. Have you tried calling them?

I ordered something from them the other week and it arrived less than 24 hours later

Anyone got another number for them - tried to call and it wouldn't connect. Their Glamorgan shop has been closed so don't know if they're reachable by phone.
