It is from UZI sports site.  I've emailed Vickey  and Andrew at Salix and asked them what it means.
Made from finest quality Grade 1 English Willow
Flat-Flat (contemporary) face profile
Standard shoulder line
Full backed
very large driving area
Substantial edges.
Deep, long bow.
Unique Salix CRC oval handle
For versatile, talented players
Highest level of English artisan batmaking: individually handmade by Salix.
CNC free: individual in-house pressing and processing from cleft to bat.
Bat Vax toe dipped: especially developed natural, plant based sealer to help prevent water ingress, sealing end grain to protect against cracks.
Trademark Salix angled toe and blended edges to minimise tapping and running in damage, in conjunction with the player’s care and maintenance regime.

Could be wrong but I think a CNC handle is an oval handle which is more rounder than a normal oval handle

So a more rounded oval handle

I've found this at Aldred's site about CNC.  It doesn't appear to be about the handle.

CNC shaping accounts for the majority of all other UK produced cricket bats, reducing hand operated processes and individual treatment of the cleft, blade and bat, therefore making them mass produced

Yeah the CNC part just means that some companies put the clefts onto CNC (computerized numerical control) machines to mass produce and replicate shapes almost perfectly every time.

As an engineer myself i'm not opposed to this technique but I guess it just takes away from the whole traditional manner of having a cricket bat made for you.

Are we sure it’s a typo for CNC, they’re not exactly next to each other on the keyboard.

I would think it's something to do with rubber and cane.
Compressed rubber and cane
Carved rubber and came.
Coated rubber and cane?

Interestingly the Aldred's Values page is almost an exact copy of Salix's

A had noticed that a lot of his videos essentially parroted what he had seen Kember and James Laver saying but I hasn't realised that he was as shameless as this in cutting and pasting material from another brand

Surprised Aldred doesn't mention anything in values about him making "to feel"

Ask for 2'8, receive 2'11 that feels 2'8

could it be cork, rubber, cork as in the inserts in the handle rather than all rubber, etc?

As good a guess as any. Someone got a Salix to hand to check?
