Definitely agree on the white getting too dirty, one season and they are already looking a bit grubby.

Personally don't prefer the black on the insides - just the look of it, plus if my pad gets too dirty i would like to know rather than be hidden - to either clean it up or time for replacement, which isn't obvious in case of black. White/off white/other neutral colors are fine for me.
