I know this is not really the point however did all bats break at the same time? Also did you send over pictures of all the bats at the same time. I am not saying this is the case at all but if a supplier gets pictures of 3 bats that have issues at the same time just before the warranty period is up then it could look a bit suspect.

It has been known for people to damage bats and ask for replacements just before warranty is due to expire so to get 3 bats that need replacing in one go may well have raised some red flags, hence the response.

Please note that I am not favoring either side here, just noting a point.
