Thanks, I am working on getting something where I spend less than £100 ideally.

These are the most Dad cricket shoes imaginable and I couldn't do it.

It's why I used the broad term - 'interesting'

The Asics look ok but are not cheap. Mind you, I was looking at running shoes the other day... Wow. They are not cheap. The perils of being bigger and old.

There are clearer pics on their Facebook page. The soles on the NB trainers look like they would be super comfortable if we get another hot summer with concrete wickets.
