Good job DRS exists otherwise the hapless Pope and Crawley would’ve survived from umpiring incompetence...

Not sure Popes was incompetence, looked to pitch outside leg on first glance to me too. Good review. Crawley's however, was pretty obvious!

Set up nicely for the afternoon. Nothing's changed, still make Oz favorites in the game and series.

Still fancy England to put on a big score, but this pitch doesn't look like a results wicket.

That Brook dismissal has really hurt us now, all of our batters have been looking really good and found ways to get out when set.

Apartment from Stokes who has played no cricket and needs time at the crease.

Eng in a serious spot of bother here.

Hell of an unusual dismissal for Brook you don’t see that very often

Baz ball or no baz ball we need Root at his calm best. He is the only one it comes naturally too

Interesting innings from Mo. Timed one into the crowd and then out stumped by 5m. No time wasted!

I think we are batting to save the test on day 4.

Nowhere close to enough runs, and done at a pace that allows the Aussies all the time in the world to bat us into the dirt.

We needed 500plus. We have left so many runs out there.
