Where did the OP get their bat from? I'm not saying they did, but all this discussion of UK consumer law is irrelevant if they didn't buy it from a UK business.

Without intending to badmouth anyone, would be curious to know who the bat was from in case the persons on the forum or if we had any similar dealings.
