Really good accessible game is cricket 🤦♂️ is it any wonder that garbage imports have so much traction in the UK club scene?

In fairness, they do have bats in the range at lower price points and not to want to bang the same drum, but the pricing is generally consumer driven imo. You want low density, ruler straight grains? You're gonna have to pay top dollar.
This is also partly why a lot of the cheap imported bats don't last, as they're trying to achieve this at a tighter budget point, with heavier willow which is then overdried, cheap thin handles used etc
