Wednesday works better for me, would have to step aside if it were the Friday.

It’s been a few years since attempting 2 games in 2 days…the stairs were a challenge after 1.5 hrs of nets last night 🥴

Totally relate to that. Last time I kept wicket in a league game I ended up having to walk upstairs backwards for the rest of the weekend.

Shall we say the Wednesday as it gives everyone the chance to “recover” for league cricket?

Any volunteers to captain and set up a WhatsApp group?

Sounds good - happy to volunteer to manage a WhatsApp group.

Anyone interested, if you PM me your WhatsApp number then I'll set a group up :)

@KettonJake has Captain written all over him (usually in crayon!)

11 games in 13 days is my record, but that was a decade ago.

Not sure about me skippering, we'll end up with 11 batsmen.

With the game just over a month away at the gorgeous Kilve cricket ground.

If you think you can get a day off on Wednesday 31st July and you can unofficially represent the forum. Please drop me a message, still a a couple slots to fill.

Just by joining the whatsapp group you get exclusive access to content such as world class leg spin videos and images bat carousels.

There has been quite alot of admin dealing with all the messages from the previous post. But i still have a couple of spots that need filling filling for a game at the gorgeous seaside ground of Kilve on 31st July.

I don’t particularly want to fill up with ringers, so please stick your hand in.
