Alex has seen the email and I have discussed the matter with him, but as it is a Returns matter and Alex does not work within this department he will not reply to you directly.
We can only resolve the matter if the returns procedure is followed, no action can be pre-determined by email/phone communication, as explained at length on the phone.
If the bat is wrongly graded then we will not have any problem swapping it for another bat. I have spoken to Alex and as far as he can recall the bat was as specified (narrow grain, two tone wood) and he feels the blade has a very strong middle, to verify it as otherwise it has to be examined here.
