u can get the ones that Dhoni and Sangakkara use, for less than 30 GBP. not worth it unless u have got a whole lot of dough....

i think a pair of wicket keeping gloves can easily justify that sort of price tag. although for that sort of money i would personally opt for custom made to my own preferences. you must remember that like a bat you will get a lot of use from them. in most cases more than an actual bat (match time).

would happily part with that sort of cash if i would get 3 seasons out of them. although vsports do the custom ones for a similar price, and i personally think they would win hands down.

you can get customs for half that price mate, from the guy that makes the Vsports gloves. Just costs you an extra 60 notes to order through their website

Anyone seen or have the Kookaburra Silvers. I'm thinking of investing and would like to know wether they're worth it!

They are class gloves mate, probably one of the best pairs you can buy at the moment (ignoring the roo skin ones) but I have just got a pair of custom made for a tenner less but the fella who makes Prior's gloves

I havent used these particular gloves but ive used many other Kookabura keeping gloves and if im honest i think the SS gloves are better, the last couple of seasons i have used the green camo SS gloves which i cant fault, they have now started to wear away but they have seen a good 70 games and i shall i have my very own Insinct keeping gloves soon anyway.

You are also one of only four people in the world with a truly LE set of SS gloves made purely for Test keepers and the other 3 owners are Kartik, Sangakkara and Dhoni.....

I picked up a pair of SS Players LE off peplow and are really happy with them. They are outperforming the Wymers at the moment...
