There's nothing wrong with admitting you guys were told to do it, I think it's stupid and unfair that the change has been forced on you.

ill see if i can get in touch with him. is there now something wrong with the mmi3 that requires changes, or is this purely a free refurb offer?

Nothing needs changing on the older models, however the MCC require that every bat that leaves the factory complies with the latest version of MCC Law 6. That includes all refurbs.

So if the ears don't comply, the grips too low, the stickers come too low then it will be adjusted.

Tom

I would be grateful if you could respond to my pm's, email and telephone calls to your offices. I would like to get my mmi3 checked to see if it complies with the MCC regulations and also take advantage of the refurb at the same time.

Thanks in advance

The amnesty ended on November 1st. Happy to check the bat over though if you so desire?

You will see from my post dated 30th September in this thread that i enquired about a deadline re the amnesty from you. Unfortunately you did not respond to that query, hence i was unaware of the deadline.

had you informed me of the deadline i would have sent it in within the stipulated deadline.

i am no trying a pull a fast one on you.

given the circumstances would you be prepared to offer the full restickering and refurb??

regards

The deadline was on the website under the amnesty page and on the large front page image. Sorry for not replying to your post, it was a genuine oversight.

Different web page to the one previously linked to, but we'll get that taken down to avoid confusion. There was previously the Amnesty on the front page and at the top which stated the Terms. The deadline was extended twice to allow more people to send bats in at the end of the season and it ran for 3 months.

Ring me in the morning and I'll recommend somewhere to send it - but unfortunately we won't be able to do it as we have no faculties until April to refurb bats (and the offer had finished) If you can wait until April I'll do it as a favour @ cost.

Tom with all due respect. . . .i can only present things as i saw them.. . . .This is the web page i read at the time and consequently asked for clarity re deadline. Had this web page contained a deadline i wouldnt have enquired from you. i havent seen any other web pages, this is from your website. unfortunately i am not willing to pay for something which was free, had i been informed. are you willing to reconsider?

like i said. . . i am in no way trying to pull a fast one. . . but feel hard done by here.
