He has some sort of back injury, but Ishant said on interview he'll bat if needed.

what a Test match!

One of the greatest ever.

VVS was excellent, once again punishing Australia!

How the Aussies must be sick of VVS!
This is exactly why I love Test match cricket.

...and what a way to lose the match in that last over!  India needing 6 to win, one wicket left.  Looked like a nailed on LBW appeal (Hawkeye shows it hitting middle & leg, Umpire thought inside edge), India go for the quick single to get Laxman back on strike and 4 overthrows attempting the run out (which would have been out if it had hit) and finally 2 leg byes!  The Aussies must be absolutely gutted.  Fantastic!

Good win for India in the end. Laxman is a class act under pressure and rest of players couldnt handle it when the situation got bit tough. Sehwag and Laxman are probably  India's best two players who bat well under pressure.

When you have the unique ability to plunder any bowling attach and have done it effortlessly for years then you can be forgiven for scoring only 1 second innings hundred.Sehwag is in a different league.

Sehwag and Laxman are better than Tendulkar?

No i grant that mate, i just think saying he is one of the best under pressure is incorrect.

No, no it doesn't protect him from criticism! Bar Laxman and Gambhir, they're all poor in their 2nd innings!
Tendulkar: 43.08, down from 56.11, 10 out of 48 hundreds.
Dravid: 43.53, down from 52.86, 5 out of 29 hundreds.
Sehwag: 30.80, down from 53.90, 1 out of 21 hundreds.
Dhoni: 38.52, down from 40.82, no hundreds (doesn't bat above 7 most of the time, so he's less culpable, plus he normally rearguards because of the above failures.)
Laxman: 50.47, up from 47.40, 5 out of 16 hundreds.
Gambhir: 54.04, up from 51.36, 5 out of 9 hundreds.
Yuvi does well out of it as well, but he doesn't get enough of a game.
If you ask me, it's time for the old legends to move on, Pujara, Mukund, Kohli, Badri, Rohit, Vijay, etc. To get a go...

So you're saying drop Tendulkar/Dravid and Sehwag. I'd slightly disagree with you there!
