Just weighed my BAS bow 20/20 pads.525 gms. These are a nightmare to clean. How do you clean these type of pads and how do I stop them from squeaking ?. Any help is appreciated.
Fancy looking scales...

This might sound a bit daft but does anyone have any pictures of the morrant ultralites? I'm quite tempted by these as they seem to get rave reviews but just want to see what they look like properly, pics on websites just never look as good as the ones people take of their own kit.

Been looking round at pads for ages and although I like the look of lots of pads including kook recoil and GM original LE I do like the sound of the morrants as they're so light.

Cheers

I've seen a lot of people wearing them, they seem reasonably protective and are very light obviously. Pretty good buy if you ask me :)

Joe, which Puma gloves are those (Kinetic 5000 at a guess..)..? ???
And how does that Boom Boom perform - where did you get it?! :)

Puma Kinetic 5000 a little too small for me unfortunately, so passing them on to a team mate.

Disappointed with the bat to be honest, would much rather have my Ayrtek in working condition. Got it in Globe Sports in Bristol.

I think it is. For me to use it in a match it would have a more tape to bat ratio :P

Could cut 4/5 inches off the toe ;)

Ross, when the picture was taken, yes. that was to keep it tight whilst glue was in there, it has been removed now ;)

Seeing that bat bring back visions of my fourth team days seeing huge asian guys with entire bats wrapped in black tape smashing the ball to all parts lol

Thanks colesy, the morrants look quite curved from the knee roll so I might try to find somewhere local that stocks them to try them on. They don't look too odd at least, not like some of the stormtrooper-esque pads or the aero's.

Cheers
