no kook was ridgebacks and bubbles back then...kahuna was newer. M&H is a good shout with their S6 which used to be cork filed rather than wood i think must go back to early 90's id say and my junior cricketing days when my newbery lightweight was in action
I had a brand new Kookaburra Ridgeback delivered today, bought circa 1988 and stored ever since in a loft, my first senior bat but a dud, however one for the wall. Also a Centurion if anyone remembers them.
I'll have to look for them and would like to refurbish it and fit new labels.
