Just wondering who on hear has used the NSD Powerball? If you do, do you find it helps in batting and throwing?

got one. bit gimmicky, would be more use to rehabilitate rather than to build any muscle so doubt you would see much improvement

Disagree with 400NO, I feel it's an amazing conditioning tool. Awesome for forearms, it's improved my throwing immensely.

How do you recommend using it? Flat out for as long as you can or by doing it in sets for a certain amount of time?

would take far longer than doing any usual training, agreed enjoyable toy, not much more. to do any benefit you have to be clocking up over 10,000 revs for a decent amount of time

I've got one of the neon pro ones, while I must say it certainly feels like it's doing a lot to my forearm when using it, I feel I'd probably get more out of doing wrist curls among other exercises.

Hmmm. Ways to improve forearm strength. I can think of a couple you might practise on your own.....

Hold a bat in your hand as an extension of your arm at a 90 degree angle and move it slowly from side to side until it hurts ;)

Not the most common forearm strength drill ;) but I have done this and it burns!
