With the Velcro strap can you tighten and loosen the helmet?

Yeh it tightens it at the back of your head basically in a single localised place

Ah okay, cheers mate.

I haven't seen a Masuri so I wasn't sure. I am assuming this is same as the one on GM Hero Helmet so I understand what it is.

Adult is 58-61, the larger one is 60-63.
