Simmy I heard that if you want to make sure you are not overbalancing... you can play a few shots in the nets but lift your back leg up once you've hit the ball this will show you whether you are overbalancing as you will fall over if you are!!!

Or, get the feeder to delay the odd feed- I often fall over when this happens....

You can't guarantee the weight of a solitaire  ;)
Simmy went for the 'light that turns up heavy' I think Roger has now added this to his weight range

mine is amazaing but another lad i know with 2 of them dont performe half as well as mine.

cant go wrong for 100 quid but its not good unless u want a bat at 2.12+ with a bottom heavy pick up
