Maybe they will send you some when they sponsor you next season.
You have to be a pro to get them.

if i was designing a pair of pads i would only put one logo on them - they'd sell since there plenty of people who want to look like the pros

as a brand im sure you would want maximum exposure for your logo rather than worrying what an elite group of people such as the members on here do with covering up logo's to adhere to ICC regualtions when playing on our local cricket pitches ;)

As much as I would love to look like the pros I totally agree with where Tom is comong from. Brands need as much exposure as possible.

from our perspective we would rather joe public see's an extra logo on the pad and reads the brand name where ever possible :) as they saying goes any publicity is good publicity....hopefully we can reveal our news shortly on that front ;)

if people choose to stick some white electrical tape over the logo then it's their choice to do so which is an easy solution to solving the problem.

i have a laugh when i see some lad stickering up his logo in club cricket .

As a keeper i just rib them all day and it usually the all the gear no idea type.

I agree some Pro pads look better ie Kooks pro and so on but to tape or cut out logo's is just plain daft

Its interesting this whole thing with Branding on the Pads when a first class sponsored player seems to be holding what is effectively 3 foot of branding in his hands? what are the rules concerning the Branding on the bat itself?

Top 9" can be branded and half of the back can be logo'd up.

It kinda makes the whole regulation on the amount of logos on the pads look a bit silly though eh?

It was worse when the Kook bats were used which were completely covered at the back and only 1 logo was allowed to be shown on the pad. Strange.

So am I right in thinking that the straps have to be plain on the pads as well?

there are arguments for both subtlety and blatancy in branding, id go with subtlety every time!

if some one likes the product enough to want one they'll find out what it is.
