also , i know he is 27 , but what about recalling Jason krejza ?  he had a goof start to his test career taking a fiver in India wasn't it ?

where did he disappear to wasn't that pointing hates him or anything is it ? well i think he is a better spinner than Steve smith in all honesty !

Lots of people have suggested that certain individuals in that team are past it. I think this is a long-term solution that will pay off in time, take the example of Surrey over here. Which other country had a 22yo Captain...?
Possibly, but you have to balance that off against the young guys having no old heads to learn from and the damage that can be done in taking a few years of kickings till any of them are good enough.

George bailey to come in for pointing i think

has captaincy experience and has proved himself a good number 3 batsman for Tasmania  , bot saying he should be captain but definitely next no 3 batsman

He just wasn't much good, Hauritz is the only spinner I've seen who's good enough to do a job in test cricket.

Bailey has pro'd for the Saltires the last few years and looks a top player.

Oi Dave, easy on Surrey :( They're my fave county. I wasn't sugegsting wholesale reform, as some players left would be quite experienced: Watson, Hussey, Haddin and Clarke...

Admittedly theyre shocking in The LVCC. They're pretty good in Limited Overs Stuff, none of you saw the match versus Glamorgan (386-3 off 38 overs..)?

Punter_Legend had mentioned the idea of booting Haddin though, which I think would be going to far.

I imagine the make up of their side for Sydney will depend if Punter resigns or is sacked.
