The same Boycott who after a few minutes of play on day one said
"I can't see any way how England can win this Test from what I've seen so far. A draw would do"?

3 quick wickets but Eng still in control. A lead of 250-300 will set the game up very well.

Great umpiring but Dar. Needs to be given credit for that!

My friend's status 'It must be depressing playing cricket when the other team has faced more overs in their innings than you made runs in yours :L'

Yeah agree roco, Ponting is an arrogant rat.

Went to the MCG today and absolutely enjoyed the days play, sounds strange coming from an Australian.

Trott innings was outstanding and without chance and the banter from the Barmy Army was outstanding.

Feel very detached from this Australian side as I know the poorer they perform the more positive change that will occur to Australian cricket.

But a real joy for my son to watch and learn from tough, tight and discipline batting that was on display from the English batsman today.
