Took delivery of this rather nice bag today, bloody huge! It's one of the new ones that were stuck in customs for what seems like years.
My first purchase from Tom and he was a diamond, ordered yesterday morning and came whilst at work today. Very pleased with it, loads of room, love the padded bat pockets on the side which are great space savers.
Not great pictures but you get the general idea. Managed to get pads, 2 x gloves, 2 x keeping gloves in the side pocket, keeping pads, towel, balls, thigh pads, other stuff and will get 2 pairs of boots plus that top pocket for your helmet.
If you need a bag and don't buy this, there is something wrong with you. Simple.
Enjoy

Fantastic bags, I love mine
-
looks a good bag, i need a new one, my current one's too small for my batting and keeping kit, how much did it set you back if you don't mind me asking?
-
Standard website cost mate, £66.99 plus £8ish quid next day delivery. Considering you drag it round the county with you for half the year plus winter nets etc, not a bad price. Buy cheap, buy twice as my mum always said!
-
Ahh okay, i'm really unsure what bag to go for, this one looks really good, but i only wanted to spend about £55

£15 extra mate is a couple in the pub these days, worth the money in my opinion
-
They are well worth it I have one of the new ones but it was not my first purchase off Tom ;)
-
looks very impressive may have to get one i think
-
The 3 wheel addition is good I think, I didn't have a prototype version but given a bag that large it seems very stable. Well chuffed
-
does it stand on its own upright solidly?
-
Lovely looking bag - could easily fit some of my team mates into it.......which could be a rainy day scenario :D
Just what the majority of us forum members need though - massive bags for the ridiculous amount of kit we'll never use :D
-
I have it standing up in the corner now so yes mate, it does the job!
I don't have any gear in it, just 47 gripping cones and a chevron
-
I have the new one and it is a good bag. Loads of room, It does stand upright but does lean forward when stood upright as I think the feet are positioned a little too much towards the middle of the bag. For a match day bag it is spot on.
-
Got my bag earlier too, much better than the first version and now lives up to Ayrtek standards :)
-
Glad ur all happy with them, still got some in stock and will reorder a new batch soon....feedback from the 1st batch really helped with improving the design.
I'm sure there is still room for improvements but don't want to spoil u too much otherwise I'll never sell u next seasons ;)
-
quality on the 2nd set is like night and day with 1st mate so much better
-
Yeah 2nd batch has no tears ;)
-
Grammar police alert:-
Large main pocket which can store a full set of kit inclduing wicket keeping with room to spare
Taken from your website (for this bag) Tom :-(
Did someone mention it has 3 wheels, the one on the website only has 2 :-(
-
Can of fosters.... lol
-
good spot mate ill get it amended, the one on the website needs updating when we can get time to drop one off for 3D pics.
New one has a higher quality of material to it as well.
-
Can of fosters.... lol
Oh yes mate, needed a beer after the week I've had
-
Sorted your masuri yet??
-
Sorted your masuri yet??
Not yet mate - been trying to get hold of various people but no luck. On another note, got my *censored so as not to upset Tom* keeping pads. Love em
Gear photo coming up shortly

-

No you weren't! I've seen you when you're angry - you're like a Wild Boar (burger)!
-
haha dont get me eggy! like putting fruit in a burger its just not cricket....
chuffed to bits to see something you have worked on for the last 3 yrs in a world cup final....a tonne would be lovely! haha
-
Well he is going well :):):)
But he was wearing the new lid last game now the old one seems like he just grabs one and going out
-
no hes always wore that one with the yellow blotch on it...no idea what it is tho....must be his lucky lid!
-
Must be my eyes as I'm sure he wore a shinier one before but that may have been in the field or the sun
-
whats the dimensions on this bag
-
Dimentions 39" x 18" x 14" or 97cm x 46cm x 36cm
http://ayrtek.com/hot-deals/stand-up-bag
have recently made a few further improvements to the bag thats on the website in that the handles have been amended (again) and we have now included solid side panels to add some rigidity to the bag.
-
Are they now instock Thomas? Woody wants to pop round to get one
-
no mate en route via sea freight as cost a bomb otherwise flying a batch over
-
if these weren't so expensive to ship over to canada i would have definitely got one :(
-
Tommy boy, can you let me know how big the duffle bags are measurement-wise? And does it have a bat-compartment in it? Cheers fella
-
No bat compartment mate I'm afraid but does have a boot section on the bottom. Will size one up tomorrow for you

-

I see the stand up bag is now back on sale, I assume that means you have received the shipment?

i need a new one mine is battered :(
-
Looks fantastic. How much is the bag and P&P?
-
£74.99 delivered within the Uk
-
Picked mine up today! Absolutely superb and a huge improvement on the old ones (the old ones were immense too!)
-
whats the difference between this and the old one tom? is it just the wheels and pull handle?
-
much better handle and boards that insert into the sides to stiffen up the bag slightly so i stands up better!
-
cheers Sam
-
what about the material is that the same? mine has just fallen to bits again this is my second bad as well :(
-
Noticed a few things whilst attempting to buy the stand up bag. Firstly when I enter the quantity as 1 and clck Add to cart it puts 2 instead on the next screen. Also when you put the UK in the shipping rates according to country it adds £8 instead of free postage to the UK.
Just thought you might like to know.
-
Thanks mate, will take a look at the website and sort it tomorrow!!
Hopefully easy enough to fix :)
-
No worries. I've been waiting a while for one of these another day or two can't hurt!
-
Try now mate should have corrected the UK shipping fees :)
-
Excellent. I have now purchased! Can't wait to receive delivery.
-
Cool all received so will get it bagged up and sent out on monday for you
-
Cheers. Working on a Saturday is very commendable! These rained off Saturday's combined with the Internet and credit card are very dangerous!
-
looks very very good
-
Yeah taken a while to get them as desired as we have only learnt through feedback what works and what doesn't
-
may well purchase one in time Tom.
-
Tom I haven't been able to get to the club and with tomorrow looking very unlikely I won't be able to get my bag to sort those pictures for you.
-
No worries mate, can sort out whenever u get back up there
-
Ok mate cheers
-
I ordered my bag on Sat, was told it'll be sent mon, and it arrived today (Tuesday). Fantastic service. Just 1 question. Should the bag have come with boards to insert into the sides? As mine hasn't come with any?!
-
Sorry I didn't pack this personally so didn't get the chance to check.
Please let me know as will raise it with our supplier if they aren't inside of the main pocket of the bag
-
No definitely no boards inside the main pocket.
-
Ah ok I'll organise some for you shortly once in the office tomorrow!
-
Cheers. Other than that minor issue I'm liking the bag! Would recommend to others thinking about purchasing.
-
Glad to hear it, have raised the issue with our supplier and will be sure to check all others that go out for the panels....we all know what assumption is after all!!!
-
have you checked inside the main bit of the bag, mine were inside and just looked like the bottom/back of the bag until i realised they werent!
-
Yeah difficult to spot them as they look very similar to the rear of the bag haha
-
Haha, stop making me second guess myself. I've checked again and definately don't have any side boards!!
