no live in ireland and there one few hours away and fairly poor aswell and d7bow i love gn hahaha and i dont understand why some people are getting in digs on me im doing nothing wrong and that was possibly the worst answer i know "gray nicolls website " but im just curious about what u guys have so if you dont have anything to contibute please dont answer i no some others would like to see aswell and paul and jake have been great giving pics so there really nice guys ! definitly some business for them top lads

Can't help on softs although I've never seen a bad review of the legend pads. Everyone who has them, rate them

Mate I think the issue might have been same/similar posts from you in multiple threads. Regardless, I do like GN Bats but not sure about soft as I have never used them, here are pics of some that have passed through my hands...I personally like the powerbows best (i have not used Legend, maverick etc) and oblivion is my least liked...Dynadrive is on its way so we'll see how she goes...

Did you even use a mallet on it?? So you chose bats on the look rather than performance??

I used a mallet on it mate and it was just as good as any other bat, but for £219 wouldn't u expect a good looking and pinging stick ?

XXX line is exclusive to Meulemans (Perth based cricket specialists). Looked at the new GN Kaboom just released before Xmas and I was quite underwhelmed by it. Might save up my pennies and get myself a XXX Hand Crafted from Meulemans, seriously good bats!!

What's the custom?.. Looks similar to the Kranz custom I seen a couple of weeks ago except with no heartwood

Your Legend gloves look so good. I've been wanting a pair for a very long time, my Oblivion Test gloves are great and I'm happy with them but if a pair of 2011/2012 Legend gloves become available at a reasonable price ill be snapping them up.

Gray Nicolls Dyna Drive 2lb 11ov

Powerbow Strike 2lb 10oz this pings like you wouldn't believe not the best looking bat but goes like a cannon

Maverick 4 Star from Asad just a lovely bat 2lb 9oz

A61 400 2lb 9oz this taps up very well and will be a gun when fully opens up

I have some legend gloves but could not be bothered to go out into the shed to take a pic sorry

Shouldn't be an issue. In settings mine are 1024x1024 and work fine.

5 star is pretty good, basic but functional. The elite pad has a proper knee roll and feels sturdier, as well as looking better in my opinion.

And that 5 star was a blinder! At the moment I still have a GN Obvlivion 4 star which is a great bat!
Don't disreguard a bat because it is supposedly a 'lower grade' model! It may surprise you in the long run!
