I see he's getting a game for Surrey against Durham in the YB40 today.
Has he got his new gun yet?
-
Not yet its gone today
-
That looks fantastic.
A subtle change to the swell.
Has it changed the pick-up? I recall Gary @Choice explaining how to get a good balance and an even distribution of weight was very important. That profile looks slightly smoother.
If it does make a difference then I may be having that for my next Aldred.
Great work Paul.

LBW for 1.

Good pads though :)
-
Did you provide him with some coloured ones?
-
No we didn't actually

that shape looks lovely paul, i think its perfect for wickets in the US :)
-
Might see this on Sky Sports 1 tonight.
Surrey about to start batting first in YB 40 match reduced to 19 overs per side.
-
Bah, usual summer weather!

I saw this bat on Monday at the surrey vs scotland match, I saw it when he was walking out to bat as we were a few meters from both teams dugouts. It looked very nice indeed, the profile looked very laverish when he walked out to bat. Looked really impressive! Also saw Jon lewis's aedos bat that was also impressive

No we didn't actually
who gave him the pads then?
-
You always have spare coloured pads knocking around a county changing room
