Echo what's been said mate, well worth the wait in getting them in. They look like great softs for £100 odd for top end kit. When you think some pads are more than that alone and even some gloves are close to £100 for this year that offers great value for your money.

Can't see these lasting around to long mate.

Quality looks very good on everything and the theme/brand identity runs strong throughout.

Particularly love the design of the 'keeping gloves

Links have probably changed for some reason. They can be seen from the actual photobucket account when you go to the thumbnails first.

Schmick looking softs John. Classy stuff, well done!

Ill sort the images out as soon as I can. Don't know what's happened with them. Looks like I'll have to repost the links.

The knee rolls aren't wide. It's just how they were flat in the packages. I shaped them slightly before taking the images but the straps aren't pulled tight so will look slightly different when actually wearing them

Thanks for the feedback. Been hard work and a long time getting there but worth it I think

I think when you move the images into different albums, then the link no longer works, as the image link changes. Maybe that's the problem?  ???

If they're anything like the samples, then they look amazing!

i thought id created a copy rather than moved them directly to the new album but i guess not. i cant get on  photobucket at work so will have to wait until lunch time when i can get access to my laptop at home. Shouldnt take too long.

Very nice softs! Red can be a tricky colour to get spot on in softs but you've nailed it.

Excellent and well thought out range.  I like that you've run with a sausage style for the top range glove, says to me that this range is designed to be used by proper cricketers not just to look cool in catalogue pics (which they do).  Well done.

Very nice range John. :) Out of interest, are the LE gloves design based on the Newbery GT gloves? (Look pretty similar) I bought a pair recently from SD, and although I cannot fault the protection, I did find them rather uncomfortable to wear when I put them on - it was just too tight on the top side of my hand. I'm assuming this would wear in after a few net sessions and not be so uncomfy, but would be interesting to hear how the LEs fit, as I may have just got a bad pair!

Good to see that protection is the main aim of these products is to provide high-quality protection at a good price, are these going to be part of the Ashes special deal? ;)

they werent based on any current glove but i guess most traditional sausage style gloves are similar. i tried to design the range to be different in ways to a stock pad/glove. i could have had a stock pad/glove months and months ago with my logos on but i wanted something a little different. there is however only so much you can change on them.

I think with sausage style gloves and pre-bent fingers they can sometimes feel a little stiff and uncomfortable to certain users. i think once you start to wear them and they losen up they become a lot more comfortable to wear. split fingers/shark tooth style designs are obviously alot more flexible so give almost instant comfort/movement. i guess they are similar to pads in a way. pads are always pretty stiff until they have been worn and moulded to your legs.

the softs wont be included in the ashes offers. that is just for bats at the moment. as with all the prices quoted on here, these are forum prices and are less than what will be going on the website. i think for the price, they are excellent value for money. if your interested in a pair then let me know

Unfortunately mate I didn't get in OSM. From speaking to a fair few people they didn't really know anyone who used them. Probably turn out loads do now! Can also get some in the next batch though if our still interested.
