Just like to say how impressed I am with the salix customer service. Broke the shoulder of my bat last season, sent it off to them and received a repair and full refurb including new stickers and grip totally free of charge.

Glad your happy mate. We spoke on the phone I believe a few weeks ago when I told you it was ready.

When you pay a premium price, the service needs to match.

Ask the vast majority of players I think you'll find the consensus is that we get most things right .

All expect the bat making turnaround times. Still too slow in my humble opinion!!

Andrew is aware and has tried his best to improve on last year. I think that the vast majority have been on time this year and hope yours was one of those Paul.

I am sure it will be a bit quicker than last year, and I understand the situation, but we are still waiting for the bats we picked back in mid November (as handled bats). Hardly express pace!
