Title: Alastair Cook's GN gloves
Post by: Percy_Grainger on August 23, 2015, 09:03:52 PM: Did anyone notice that Cook was wearing the cheaper Prestige gloves rather than the top of line Legend range during the 5th Test at the Oval? Interesting he would wear these gloves but I guess the sausage fingered gloves offer better protection.

I'd be very surprised if this wasn't the case - they wouldn't risk sending him in without the top spec they can make surely

Post by: Bowlers Name Please on August 24, 2015, 08:39:05 AM: Seem to recall seeing an interview with Nick Compton saying he prefers the lower grade of glove as they offer greater flexibility than some of the bulky top of the range ones. Probably the same for quite a lot of pros.
