Yes mate the pads have all been done and they are finishing off the gloves now too. I was discussing finer details this morning with them :D

Yeh it seems I could have sold another 5 sets of them this afternoon. Incidentally I do have a spare set of MRH in the other gunmetal version if they happen to tickle anyone’s fancy 👍

Hi Tom, will my silver and white ones come like this with the branding on the straps and the inside? If they dont is it possible for it to come like this? In the silver of course.

Post by: jamielsn15 on August 24, 2018, 10:03:20 AM: I too went for the darker backing, as per the earlier bespoke pads on the thread, to avoid the inevitable sweat and dirt stains that accumulate over seasons that have made previous pads feel and look grubby. For the first time, as someone who is incredibly picky about their softs, Tom has offered the opportunity for me to not compromise on anything with a pad.

I wanted dark backing, to choose the colours - i loved the Gray Nics Supernova colour scheme and the light blue is a nod to Coventry City, matching my B3's sky blue and white stickers...

I wanted towel-backed straps, to choose the instep material and to be able to match some sausage finger gloves is a bonus.

I love the gold and white range. Congrats on how they've turned out, and I'm beyond delighted with mine. Definitely worth the wait and Tom has been great throughout with the design, answering questions and keeping me updated. I'd recommend designing a set!

If I find time I’ll snap a few pics of the stock Softs with the new white and green stickers as well. I’ve been cleared out of the majority of stock due to demand so only have a few bits remaining if people are keen on the usual bundle deal at £140 and I’m happy to look at inc a set of the geeen and white stickers for an additional £20 with them so you match nicely 👍

The pads are high end finish, more so than your big brands in my opinion. Love the colours.

The split finger gloves are incredibly light and feel great. They'll be getting more use than I thought they would. The sausage finger gloves look and feel high end. They don't need breaking in at all. I'll certainly be keeping all three pairs of gloves.

As someone who's incredibly fussy about their softs, I genuinely think I'm finally happy! I can't recommend enough the gear and Tom's help in mocking up and designing this bespoke set has been great.

Post by: JB on September 07, 2018, 05:24:36 PM: I also got my Gold pads and gloves yesterday. They are superb, its quite good knowing that you are using something that is unique to you.

I have been using Tom's softs for the last two years and was more than convinced that they are the best softs i've used, hence the foray into getting the customised ones. The sausage glove style that Tom uses is perfect for me, fit really well and are very comfortable. The pads are light, comfortable and not too bulky. You can forget that you are wearing them.

It took a while to get them but the wait was worth it, last game tomorrow to use them then they'll be in my bag for next year.

I’m sure they could see on an additional layer if desired as part of the manufacturing process.
