Does anyone have either James or Bills phone number, i sent a bat to them about 3 months ago and havent heard a thing despite several emails.

Fusion are really busy at the moment I think Raymond, the roof has been off the workshop and a lot of building work has been done. Apparently the neighbours sheep are also charging around! :D

there hasn't been much about them on here for ages....anyone dealt with them recently, bats still decent??
Shame they priced lots of people out of the market, i loved my fusion but wouldnt consider another one at the prices they are at now, especially with all the stuff/people knocking about on here.

I think it has been written before but wholeheartedly believe it to be true that since Tom left there has been very promotion of their kit online, they must miss him as they were the most fashionable brand on the forum for quite a while.

was gonna say they were all people talked about for ages, i've had too, one has been passed on but i absolutely adore the one i sitll have! They just seemed to disappear now no-one promotes them online like you say.... prices got too high for my liking too, was gonna send off for a refurb but they dont answer emails, another mojor flaw.

I didnt think my bat was anything special, went alright for a bit then broke - especially as it was a 'limited edition' so should of been specially selected willow.
And i understand if they are busy but not responding for months on end is not right, especially as i dont know whether i have to buy a new bat or not!

When I first found this forum and the CSF(I'll wash my mouth out) Fusion where the the most talked about brand and almost everyother review was about another Superbest. I got one cos they seemed so good, but to be honest we didn't get on!
Think they will struggle to get back to the standing they once enjoyed especially given that so many other bat makers seem to have come to the fore front. To behonest the one thing Fusion made me aware of was custom British batmakers stearing me away from the named brands, so perhaps Fusion have become a victim of their own success

Thats ridiculous, the forums are simply subject to trends and niches that do not apply to the market as a whole. Fusions are clearly less popular on the forums in recent times, but that will have a negligible effect on their overall sales considering how many bats they must sell overall. I spoke to James earlier this year and he said that they are selling more and more each year.

I spoke to bill a couple of weeks ago, he said that hed sort it and call me first thing in the morning but didnt. is the only way to deal with them to go and band down the door?

Their customer service isn't great to be honest, but once you get through they mnake some quality gear imo!

I think isnt great is an understatement, 5 month anniversary next week.

They wont reply anyway... I have rung for months asking for my skyer to be sent back. I sent the skyer back to be repaired 3 months ago, whenever I ring I am told they will try really hard to get it out on tuesday/wednesday/thursday/friday. It never comes.

I reckon the only way of speaking to one of them is to and visit as they just dont reply to phone calls or emails.
When i finally got hold of james he sent me a bat immediately and it came the next day.
Not sure whats happening to them... neither of the bats i had were anything like as good as i was told they would be by him.

Yeah the demise of a once good brand, having said that their actual fielding products are pretty nifty!

i have been told by a trustworthy source that the bats are now made in Pakistan and then just given the finishing touches here. Very few are made here now as James does not have time (as he if focusing more on developing newer training aids)
