Title: Friends Provident T20
Post by: espocrespo on May 28, 2010, 02:57:29 PM
Can't wait to go and watch some games, wanted to see Steve Smith but he is on duty for OZ.
But im looking forward to hopefully seeing Notts, Lancs and Durham sometimes this summer
with the players they have on show it should be good D Hussey, Nannes / Katich, Malik, Chanderpaul, Powell / Morkel, Taylor
But i might go and watch one of these next week as im off, i wanted see yorkshire worcestershire but i have cricket training (sigh)
so who do you guys think i should see out of
Leicestershire   Derbyshire                   Grace Road
Warwickshire   Northamptonshire   Edgbaston

ill be alternating between Leicester, Northants and occasionally Notts, should be some good cricket on display and i cant wait for it to all get started!

England has the best t20 team in the world, lets hope the domestic circuit lives up to the expectation!

Well im just glad that Murali Karthik made it to Somerset, it would appear he decided to walk all the way from India rather than fly!!!!
Should have a very strong team for this years tournament, with Cameron White in your batting line-up you have to feel confident of winning any 20/20 match......unless of course your name is Micheal Clarke..........

Murali Kartik could be Somerset's trump card. Quite brilliant left arm spinner, real shame the Indian selectors never rated him.

Hoping the see Lancs go well this year and interested to see who comes into the team as an overseas. Will get up to see Durham pretty regular so they could be dangerous.

love how much wes durston has gone up in the cricket world in the past 2 weeks! 2 weeks ago he played against a friend of mine and got 6! the next day he whacks a 68 ball hundred against sussex and has a contract at Derbyshire. fair play to him!

look at the somerset match, they were 30 odd for 40, chasing 155. Pollard has gone crazy! 79 from 41 balls! and somerset need 14 from 20 odd to win!

Was really happy to see Durston get runs tonight, good for the Unicorns too after the stick the ECB got intitially. Hopefully a few more of them can impress and get offered contracts, even if they are short term. I'll be keeping an eye on my mate Chris Murtagh who I used to play with...
