I've bowled a fair few overs since I've come back from my ankle injury and after each game I've played in my lower back has been hurting me a fair bit.
I guess there is something in my action which is straining my lower back, but does anyone know what would cause discomfort in my back? Would it be that I am trying to bowl too hard in my action rather than using the momentum gained from the run up? I supposed a good way of looking at this, was to video myself bowling and then I can see what I am doing when I bowl?
I am not happy with my run up at the moment as I do not seem to have a set run up at the moment as every time I run into bowl it's completely different and sometimes I have to do a little jig in my run up for it to feel right, but then I lose the momentum. Whats the best way of sorting out your run up?
