No, they don't. Lord's has the Indoor Cricket Centre, which is Nets and an Indoor Cricket arena. You don't play normal cricket in it.

Cheers tim2000s, it would be so cool if there was a cricket stadium/ground with a roof on it so cricket could be played all year round. Maybe that would take the fun out of it though? you know what they say, too much of something makes you sick

There is a 50,000 seat stadium in Melbourne with a roof on it which cricket has been played at in the winter but a few years ago now.
