how much cricket have you played in the last few years tom?

the county bats I have seen and used have always been pretty good...

a lot of the county bats are part made or fully made in India these days.

I haven't played anything except the odd charity game or net with a pro.

You're correct in saying a lot are fully made, but they do still fully make a lot in the Uk. Particularly for customs and contract work.

I'm about to come back to the UK again, mid-octoberish to pick up a Woodstock Curve XL - custom made for a guy who was selling off a number of bats on ebay and offered it to me as I missed out on a GN Legend and a Willowstix Big Stick.
Top bloke by all accounts who decided to sell me the Woodstock as he's receiving 5 more next season (newly sponsored). Must be nice to be able to do that if you're sponsored and get them for free! The photos looked good but will let you know after I've finally got my hands on it for a custom home refurb! Can't wait to get hold of it......
