Good luck nick.

Perhaps get a gym matt out and get them doing diving catches and then run outs etc. when ever I have seen this the kids love it.

All the best

Kieron
This sounds like a great idea.

Gotta admit kids love trying to get direct hits and take fancy catches, certainly gets them interested.

Solid 8 out of 10 for the interview and the best session apparently. Still didn't get it though lol. Apparently still a better candidate than me though.

That sucks mate, you should follow up with them thanking for the opportunity, and asking where you could improve and if they know of some other opportunities. You'd be surprised how many people are pleasantly surprised when candidates call back still keen and many times it does turn into a job.

Cheers tush. That's really good advice, will do that in the morning. Guess sometimes you just have to admit when you're beaten by a better candidate.

Happened to me when I interviewed for the the company I work for now but I had a strong interview (just lacked a little experience compared to the other person), I got back in touch with the HR and Dept head I had a call within 15 days as there was another role with a diff department....had to go though 7 interviews though...5 for the first role (that i didn't get) and 2 more for the second role (where i came in recommended from the folks who conducted the first interview)...anyways i am blabbing now but you get the idea...good luck.
