Why do SS have such a vast product range? I mean every new play they sign has a signature model

And there seem to be so many different top end models, LE, Players, Signature etc.
Most SS bats seem to be Grade 1 with excellent grains anyway.
Which is the best?

I have always been told that the Gladiator was the best model., although there are the 'special' models now like the KP (Pollard)!

Think as said above Gladiator is the best, the bats Pros use will just be what ever stickers they prefer.

Our overseas had some SS Gold bats brought over for him to pass on, any details on this model?

Yep - those pads will need more wearing in!!
At this rate they'll still look like new at the end of the season.
I guess we all have bad patches!
